How Shipping Works
Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout. From there, your order moves into our processing stage. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) and includes order verification, picking, and packing. Timing is also influenced by the daily cut off, meaning orders placed earlier in the day typically move forward sooner than orders placed later.
After processing is completed, your package is handed off for dispatch. Delivery takes 8 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday) from the dispatch date. Any shipping costs that apply to your order are shown before payment is completed, so you can review them at checkout.
Couriers
We ship within the United States using established carriers. Depending on your delivery address, package size, and service availability, your order may be delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment may vary, and the selected carrier will be reflected in your tracking details once the package is dispatched,
Tracking

Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can shift due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier backlogs, weather events, peak season demand, address verification, or routing interruptions. If your package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, we recommend allowing a few additional business days and checking the tracking updates first. If the delay continues, contact our support team with your order number so we can review the shipment status.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact us soon after delivery so we can look into it. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue and packaging where relevant. After review, we will outline the available next steps based on the situation.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible after placing it. Cancellations are only possible before an order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and would need to follow the return process after delivery instead.
