This Shipping Policy explains how Atlanta Vibes processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed through our website. The timeframes provided below are intended as estimates and should be read together with our Terms of Service and other applicable store policies.

Shipping Overview

  • Daily order cut-off time: 2:00 PM EDT
  • Order processing timeframe: 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–11 business days (Monday through Friday) following dispatch
  • Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States

Order Fulfillment Process

Following the successful placement of an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify immediate shipment, but rather confirms that the order has been received and entered into our fulfillment system.

Orders generally require two (2) to three (3) business days for processing. During this period, order information may be verified, inventory allocated, and products prepared for shipment. Orders submitted before the daily cut-off time are typically reviewed sooner than those received later in the day; however, processing times remain estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once fulfillment has been completed, the order will be released for shipment and transferred to the designated carrier for delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery is generally completed within eight (8) to eleven (11) business days following dispatch.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates. Actual transit times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Atlanta Vibes.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders delivered within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Carriers

Atlanta Vibes utilizes established national carriers to facilitate delivery throughout the United States.

Depending upon destination, package characteristics, and service availability, shipments may be handled by:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • FedEx

The carrier selected for a particular shipment is determined at the discretion of Atlanta Vibes and may vary from order to order. Carrier information will be reflected in the shipment tracking details once the package has been dispatched.

Shipment Tracking

When an order leaves our fulfillment network, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer.

Tracking information is dependent upon updates provided by the carrier and may not become active immediately following dispatch. Customers should allow a reasonable period for tracking events to appear within the carrier's system.

Shipment progress may be monitored using the tracking information provided in the dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Delays

While Atlanta Vibes strives to meet the estimated delivery windows described above, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Carrier capacity limitations;
  • Seasonal shipping volume increases;
  • Address verification issues;
  • Operational interruptions within carrier networks; or

Where a shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, customers are encouraged to review the most recent tracking updates and allow several additional business days for delivery.

Items Received Damaged or Defective

Customers who receive merchandise that appears damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered should notify Atlanta Vibes promptly following delivery.

To assist with the review process, customers may be requested to provide:

  • The applicable order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs of the item received; and
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant.

Following review of the information provided, Atlanta Vibes will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances presented.

Cancellation Requests

Customers seeking to cancel an order should contact Atlanta Vibes as soon as possible after completing their purchase.

Cancellation requests may only be accommodated before an order enters active processing or fulfillment. Once processing has commenced or a shipment has been released to a carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Orders that cannot be cancelled may remain eligible for return under the terms of the applicable Refund & Return Policy following delivery.
