When is the daily order cut off?

Our order cut off time is 2:00 PM EST.

How long should I expect delivery to take?

Processing takes 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) and includes order verification, picking, and packing. Timing is also influenced by the daily cut off, meaning orders placed earlier in the day typically move forward sooner than orders placed later.

After processing is completed, your package is handed off for dispatch. Delivery takes 8 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday) from the dispatch date.

Do you offer order tracking?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking activity may take a short period to update after the carrier receives the package. You can also follow your shipment here: Track your order here.

Which carriers deliver your orders?

We ship within the United States using established carriers. Depending on your delivery address, package size, and service availability, your order may be delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier used for your shipment may vary, and the selected carrier will be reflected in your tracking details once the package is dispatched,

How much time do I have to return an item?

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return. After the 30 day return period has passed, we are unable to accept returned items.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible after placing it. Cancellations are only possible before an order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and would need to follow the return process after delivery instead.
