Merchandise sent back without prior authorization may not be identifiable upon arrival and, as a result, may be ineligible for refund or exchange processing.

Customers are encouraged to package returned items carefully and to utilize a shipping method that provides tracking confirmation. Responsibility for the returned item remains with the customer until the package has been successfully delivered to the designated return facility.

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping expenses are not reimbursed by Atlanta Vibes.

For customers seeking a different size or alternative product, exchanges may be available for orders delivered within the United States, subject to inventory availability.

To request an exchange, customers should contact our support team with the relevant order information and details of the desired replacement item.

Exchange requests are reviewed only after the original item has been returned and assessed. In the event the requested replacement is unavailable, Atlanta Vibes may offer an alternative solution where appropriate.

Damaged or Faulty Merchandise

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not in the expected condition, customers should notify Atlanta Vibes promptly after delivery.

To facilitate an efficient review, customers may be requested to provide:

  • Photographs clearly showing the condition of the item; and

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Atlanta Vibes as soon as possible after placing their purchase.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated prior to the commencement of order processing. Once fulfillment activities have begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

Orders that cannot be cancelled may still qualify for return under the terms of this policy after delivery has occurred.
