Return Conditions

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return. After the 30 day return period has passed, we are unable to accept returned items.

Starting a Return

If you would like to send something back, the first step is to reach out to our support team before shipping the item. After we review your message, we will confirm the return steps and share the return address that applies to your request. Packages sent back without contacting us first may not be handled as a standard return.

Please place the item in protective packaging so it stays intact during transit. We suggest choosing a carrier service that provides tracking, since the return remains under the customer’s responsibility until it is delivered to the return location. Return shipping charges are not paid by Atlanta Vibes.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives, we will check it against the return conditions listed above. If it is approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a different item, Atlanta Vibes offers exchanges within the United States, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact our support team first and include your order number along with the item you would like to exchange and the replacement requested. We will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions.

Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns, meaning they must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Exchanges can only be processed once the original item is received and reviewed. If the requested replacement is no longer available, we will advise you on the available options.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact us soon after delivery so we can look into it. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue and packaging where relevant. After review, we will outline the available next steps based on the situation.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible after placing it. Cancellations are only possible before an order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and would need to follow the return process after delivery instead.
